Very cool. I was looking through the comments asking/inquiring what the cover means. I *Hoping DeviantART doesn't censor this* think that the blood tainted feather represents tainted purity (namely lost though sex), because a girl would sometimes bleed her first time having intercourse. It could also mean, to me at least, a decision, considered insignificant, like a feather, could have large, sometimes bloody consequences. If Bella and Edward didn't have sex when she was human, Renesmee would not have been born, almost killing Bella by way of massive blood loss. Bella almost dying resulted in her transformation into a vampire, something that involves blood. You can argue that blood is the root of the loss of Bella's humanity, her 'innocence', like puberty; thrusting her into a body, mind and powers she grapples with, something others aid her in adjusting to. She loses childhood familiarity and puppy love (Jacob/no pun intended) when she marries Edward, who could represent maturity (Since he's 100+ years old) and blossoming sexual feelings. *looks back at what I wrote* Wowwwwww.......did I get too into it?
